  Offset $900 Monthly Rent
We’re offering a unique rental arrangement:
live in a 3BR/1BA home on the golf course for $850/month,
with the option to offset rent through caretaker and handy person services.
We maintain 10 acres and enjoy mowing—but we’d love help with edging,
trimming, pruning, and general upkeep.
Due to recent health issues, I’m stepping back from heavy lifting
and looking for someone reliable, kind, and capable.
You don’t need to be a pro,
but a working knowledge of the following is appreciated:
Basic construction
    Small engine maintenance (lawn equipment)
    Plumbing, electrical, pool service
    Fencing install and repair
    Tree removal, barn upkeep, gardening
    Interior/exterior painting, pressure washing, roofing
    Occasional public relations: managing other 4 tenants if we travel
You may be asked to crawl under homes or troubleshoot odd jobs.
